What is a Checkweigher?
A checkweigher is an automatic or manual weighing machine designed to measure the weight of packaged goods and products to ensure they meet specified weight requirements. Typically positioned at the end of a production line, checkweighers verify that every item falls within predetermined weight tolerances automatically rejecting products that are too light or too heavy.
Unlike traditional static scales, most industrial checkweighers operate dynamically, weighing products while they move on conveyor belts at high speeds, capable of checking over 500 items per minute depending on product size and accuracy requirements. Very much suitable and Economy range Offline Check weigher system for FMCG on the packing line (Eg. Carton box with a maximum line speed up to 8 samples per minute).It can be installed after prior tapping machine (or) after Strapping machine.
